The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation began the probe based on a cyber tip generated by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program. Man Kills Parents Before Jumping To Death From Bridge In NY, Police Say A man from the region murdered both of his parents before jumping to his death from a highway bridge in upstate New York, police said. Driver Killed After SUV Crashes Into House In Nassau County A driver was killed after an SUV crashed into a house on Long Island overnight. It happened just before 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15 in Baldwin. Nassau County Police said a 49-year-old man was driving a 2013 Hyundai Tucson eastbound on Grand Terrace Avenue when his vehicle left the roadway. In Suffolk County, the eastbound Sunrise Highway (Route 27) will close in the town of Brookhaven from 10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, until 5 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16.
