Innophys has conducted verification regarding whether it can reduce the burden on workers' backs and improve productivity in tasks involving significant strain on the lower back (such as lifting, loading, hoisting, unloading, moving, and transporting goods). Through this verification experiment, we specifically examined whether: (1) our product, the "Muscle Suit Soft-Power" , can be used without hindrance in operations, (2) the same product contributes to reducing physical strain, and (3) the introduction of the product has a business impact. We are pleased to report that the verification results confirm the usefulness of all three points.This project was conducted as one of the leading projects in the Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Project, with support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the business owner, and Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd., which was entrusted with the project's operations. The verification was conducted in demonstration fields involving four companies: Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. Congratulations to our website client, STRAVIK Sdn Bhd, for this milestone! Marketing Mojo was our signature event for 7 years before we decided to close it in 2019. Our mantra is that we are always open to exiting or shutting down for a while to recalibrate and review stuff that is going great especially stuff that's going well. (And of course, 2020 happened which kept us all locked at home so in a way, our decision not to run Marketing Mojo was also a blessing in disguise!) Marketing Mojo was a small group, ticketed event that we held every quarter in one of the most stylish, artsy and eclectic cafes in town, China House Cafe. We came up with this idea in 2011 when we asked ourselves, what could we do to help our friends and clients understand marketing so that they could market smarter?Nic had, by then, created his One Mountain One Dragon framework which was about being the unique expert at one's business without having to compete with others. He developed this framework because we were crafting stories for clients when we were designing their websites. Our belief is that every client is unique and we have, over the years, uncovered their stories (they didn't even know they had one) and transformed them into compelling content for the websites that we were designing. Anyway, back to Marketing Mojo. Business owners need connections and ideas and our event offered these and more. Here's one of those incredibly fruitful connections that have blossomed into more than just friendship! If you can, start something that either teaches someone or brings people together. As the life span of solar panels is generally 25 to 30 years, a large amount of used solar panels are expected to be disposed of in the latter half of the 2030s.
