This was my first experience with enterprise and I had to use them because of a car accident. They OFFER TO PICK YOU UP FROM GERBER. That was huge to me! They brought me back to their building and I was able to go through everything and leave within a few minutes. Then, when I brought the car back, THEY OFFERED TO DRIVE ME BACK OVER TO GERBER TO GET MY CAR. AMAZING!! Their customer service was also very kind. Thank you to this Enterprise for making this first time experience a good one. Highly recommended!
The delivery of my rental to the collision repair shop was more than 30 minutes late and had to be called to check on status of the car arrival time. Also, the driver Riley kept sneezing. I didn't feel safe in the car with him as he tailgated other cars and drove 43 mph in a 30mph zone. The customer rep who introduced me to the car I rented was superb.
There is NO KEY DROP BOX at this location. So if you plan to drop off your car last minute like I did, think again, you'll likely end up being billed for an extra day because you'll have to drive to a completely different location to drop it off, which means arranging for someone to pick you up at whatever location you end up going to and creates a GIGANTIC HASSLE for both you and whoever was going to pick you up originally. It would be nice if they gave you a heads up on this, but I didn't find out until I got there to drop off my car and couldn't. Very frustrating!

So great to work with. Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop for repairs. Had to extend a couple of times because the shop took longer than expected and the process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative.
The staff is really professional and very helpful.i needed a ride home and the driver that took me home was a great driver and really friendly I been using enterprise only for the past 10 years and this location is great. I strongly recommend it.
